Precautions

1. Do not mix with hard objects during transportation. Avoid stepping on or squeezing to prevent the charcoal from breaking and scattering, which would affect the product's effectiveness.

2. This product must be stored in a porous adsorption environment. It must be protected from water throughout transportation, storage, and use. If it gets wet, moisture will fill the internal active pores, causing the product to lose its original efficacy.

3. During use, prevent tar-like substances from seeping into the activated carbon layer to avoid clogging the pores and thus ensuring that its adsorption effect is not weakened.

4. Keep away from open flames during transportation to eliminate fire hazards. During activated carbon regeneration, oxygen must be isolated and full regeneration ensured. After regeneration, the material must be cooled with steam to below 80°C before discharge to prevent spontaneous combustion due to excessive temperature and contact with oxygen.

How to Light Coconut Shell Hookah Charcoal

Coconut shell hookah charcoal is mostly natural compressed charcoal, a common choice for many experienced hookah users. For beginners, we recommend quick-burning charcoal made from fruitwood powder, which is easier to use.

Compared to quick-burning charcoal, coconut shell charcoal takes slightly longer to ignite, but it doesn't produce any chemical odors when burning, and the heat is gentler, effectively preventing the tobacco from burning and producing pungent smoke.

Because it's slightly more difficult to light, you need to ensure it's fully ignited. You can use a dedicated hookah lighter or directly heat it with a gas stove flame.
