Our factory specializes in producing colored charcoal for incense burning, primarily targeting the Arab market. Designed specifically for incense use, simply light the charcoal, place it in an incense burner, and then add the incense on top. The aroma will be slowly released, making it an ideal complement to traditional local incense.
Our colored charcoal uses high-quality black charcoal as a base, with a colored coating that does not affect combustion or performance. Eight colors are available, with a standard diameter of 33mm. Each box contains 20 pieces of each of four colors, for a total of 80 pieces. Individually packaged in rolls of 10 pieces each, it is convenient to use and store.
Easy and convenient to use: Simply take out a piece of charcoal and ignite it in one second with a lighter or match. It will be fully ignited in approximately 30 seconds. Once lit, it burns stably and evenly, providing sustained heat for the incense. The burning process is odorless and non-pungent, and will not mask or damage the aroma of the incense.
The product produces very little smoke initially, almost completely disappearing after complete combustion, making it cleaner and more comfortable to use. Friendly reminder: Please keep the room well-ventilated during use to ensure safe operation.
Regarding raw materials, we select natural Chinese applewood, which is healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly. The applewood undergoes high-temperature carbonization to produce charcoal powder, which is then blended by our professional technical team according to a stable ratio.
After the charcoal is pressed into shape, it undergoes surface cleaning and drying. Following drying, it undergoes another dust removal process before packaging to ensure the product is clean and tidy.
We support OEM manufacturing, and packaging can be customized according to customer needs. We offer three main forms: rolls, boxes, and cartons, using both manual and machine packaging methods.
This 33mm colored charcoal is machine-packaged, with 10 pieces per roll. The precise weight ensures that any unused charcoal is not easily affected by moisture, thus not impacting subsequent use.
