Medium temperature charcoal refers to charcoal with a temperature below 1000℃ and above 380℃, a carbon content of more than 75%, and a general temperature of about 600℃. From the appearance, there is not much difference between medium temperature and low temperature, but if you compare them in your hand, you will find that the medium temperature is heavier than the low temperature of the same size. It is mainly used for barbecue, and can also be used in industry and agriculture, heating and hot pot, etc.
High temperature charcoal refers to charcoal produced at temperatures above 1000℃, with a fixed carbon content of more than 85%. It is made by smelting in a high temperature furnace. It is hard and heavy when picked up by hand, can sink in water, and can make a steel sound when knocked. It has a large carbon content, low volatile matter and ash content, no flame when burning, and a burning resistance that is 3 times that of low temperature charcoal and 2 times that of medium temperature charcoal. It is suitable for all occasions where charcoal is used, especially for high-end barbecue and export.
