The production process of machine-made charcoal is mainly divided into three parts: raw material preparation, rod making, and carbonization.
1. Raw material preparation is a system including screening, crushing, drying and output;
2. The rod making process is composed of extrusion rod making, firewood stick cutting and firewood stick collection.
3. The carbonization process is composed of firewood stick transportation, firewood stick stacking, carbonization and kiln discharge.
Note: In the production process, if the raw material is large, a crusher can be equipped; if the raw material has too much moisture, a dryer can be equipped.
Process flow: The raw material is crushed into 10mm particles, dried or air-dried to make the moisture content less than 12%, enter the rod making machine, and is made into a rod shape through high temperature and high pressure (without adding any additives), and then put into the carbonization furnace for carbonization to make machine-made charcoal.

Mechanism charcoal is used as barbecue charcoal in restaurants. The density of stick charcoal is more than 3 times that of charcoal. It burns smokelessly. In industry, stick charcoal is used to produce carbon disulfide and steel smelting. Stick charcoal is also used as supplementary fuel for boilers. Its density is similar to that of coal, and its calorific value is 5500-7000 kcal/kg, but its ash content is significantly lower than that of coal.

Machine-made charcoal has a high density and calorific value. It is smokeless, odorless, pollution-free, non-explosive, flammable, and recyclable. It is an internationally recognized green and environmentally friendly product.
