Our factory produces charcoal. Instant burn charcoal is the charcoal we export. It is used for hookahs and can also be used as ignition charcoal for traditional barbecue charcoal in China. It ignites quickly and is easy to operate, so people use it to smoke hookahs. The ignited charcoal is placed on a perforated tin foil. It can evenly heat the tobacco in the hookah bowl, but it will not affect the taste. Even charcoal has no pungent smell.
The size of our instant burn charcoal is 40mm. There is a subtitle "N" on this charcoal. Our factory supports customized text. We accept Arabic, letters and English. Its weight is 12.5g per piece. Each piece can burn for 60-70 minutes. Although the use time is not as durable as coconut shell charcoal, its ignition speed is much faster than coconut shell charcoal.
We use pure natural raw materials. The selected apple trees are carbonized and ground into powder, mixed with our edible starch and water in a certain proportion, and made by pressing. We have molds of different sizes, from 22mm to 60mm. We have molds. The pressed charcoal is dried and then packaged by our packaging machines or manually packaged by our workers. We have two kinds of packaging materials, plastic and handmade paper, different packaging methods.
In addition, our customization services include customization of product features (such as ignition time, smoke and smell), customization of packaging specifications (such as 40pcs/80pcs/100pcs per box), and customization of packaging boxes (customized logo and pattern).
Its ash content is very low, the surface ash powder is white when burning, and very little ash falls, reducing the trouble of cleaning. When using it indoors, be sure to open the windows for ventilation.
For quality control, every time we produce a product, we first make samples and conduct quality testing. After the samples pass the test, we proceed with mass production using the same proportions of raw materials as in the samples.
