Our bamboo charcoal adheres to eco-sustainable production standards throughout the entire process. We use only pure bamboo powder as raw material, without adding any artificial synthetic chemical additives, making it natural and safe. The charcoal is sturdy and durable, with exceptional burning performance. It can maintain stable high-temperature combustion for five to six hours, and your actual user experience will definitely exceed your expectations.
Mainstream Charcoal Burning Processes:
1. Earthen Kiln Smoldering Process: A sealed kiln is built with clay, filled with logs, and then ignited. The kiln opening is then sealed to control oxygen intake. The wood carbonizes in the oxygen-deficient kiln, and internal moisture and volatile impurities are gradually expelled.
2. Sealed Dry Distillation Process: The wood is placed in a specialized dry distillation kiln, completely isolated from air, and continuously heated at high temperatures. Carbonization is achieved through thermal decomposition, commonly known in the industry as wood dry distillation.
Charcoal itself is a brownish-black porous solid fuel, a solid substance remaining after the incomplete combustion or low-oxygen, high-temperature pyrolysis of various woody raw materials.
Regardless of the firing method used, the underlying logic of charcoal formation remains the same: high temperatures extract all volatile moisture and organic matter from the wood, leaving only pure combustible solid carbon. Therefore, when charcoal burns fully, it only releases heat steadily and produces virtually no pungent smoke.
Compared to traditional log charcoal, bamboo charcoal has irreplaceable environmental advantages. Bamboo grows quickly, is widely available, and is a recyclable raw material, perfectly aligning with current consumer demands for green and low-carbon products. Furthermore, bamboo charcoal burns cleaner, eliminating concerns about harmful toxins or chemical residues.
We've meticulously tuned the product during the molding process, making it simple and convenient for daily use. The charcoal blocks heat evenly and efficiently, allowing for precise temperature control and ideal textures for any type of food. Additionally, it leaves virtually no residue or ash after burning, simplifying cleanup after grilling.
