On May 15th, a new customer came to inspect the factory. The customer mainly serves the Saudi Arabian market. Our product is 33mm quick light charcoal, which is used for incense or hookah. We have a lot of Saudi Arabian customers, and each customer has a different product positioning. The customer learned about our website store, consulted about similar styles, and came to the factory the next day after knowing that we are a factory.
We took the customer to visit our warehouse, where the raw materials are stored. The raw materials are goods pulled from our other charcoal factory with kilns. We will then process them into charcoal powder. Then we took the customer to visit our mixing and pressing workshop. The technicians mixed the charcoal powder according to the professional ratio and pressed it. Then we came to our drying workshop, which has 6 small kilns and is heated and dried by natural gas. Finally, we visited the packaging workshop. We have two methods of packaging: plastic film machine packaging and handmade paper packaging. The automated equipment has increased our delivery volume.
The customer negotiated with the boss and asked for customized packaging. The charcoal should be of high quality, ignite quickly and have no odor, with only a small amount of smoke, and the ash after burning is white and has only a small amount of ash.The raw material is fruit charcoal, which has no pungent smell after being ignited. It is a pure natural and environmentally friendly raw material.
The customer placed an order for 11 containers in our factory, with sizes of 33mm and 48mm, respectively. We opened new mold sizes for the customer. The customer also wanted to add a logo on the charcoal, and opened another mold.
Different packaging specifications, 2 or 3 containers for each specification. Once the packaging design and the logo design on the charcoal are confirmed, we can deliver within one month.
