Recently, our boss led the factory production department to study the production technology of coconut shell charcoal with better quality, which can be produced in the Chinese factory.
Our coconut shell charcoal will not lose color when soaked in water, and the soaked charcoal can still be ignited and will not lose color when taken out of the water.
Secondly, it will not have a pungent smell when heated and ignited. There is a little smell that is the fragrance of any charcoal burning.
Finally, it is worth mentioning the burning time of coconut shell charcoal. It can burn for 1.5-2 hours, and the high temperature continues to heat the tobacco, and no smoke is generated.
We control the ash content very well, with the maximum ash content not exceeding 2.5% and the moisture content not exceeding 3%. We choose natural and environmentally friendly coconut shells, which can be recycled and will not affect the environment.
This customer knew our factory from the Canton Fair. We attend every Canton Fair. The customer wanted to make his own brand packaging. The first time he ordered a 20ft small container as a trial order, the customer ordered 25*25*25mm coconut shell charcoal, 1kg per box, 72pcs per box, 10kg per carton. Whether it is the plastic film in the box or the box, we will produce the packaging according to the customer's requirements. The customer told us his requirements at the factory that day, and we asked the designer to make the drawings. After confirming the design drawings and the order, the customer paid us a deposit the next morning.
Our improved coconut shell charcoal is of very high quality. After the customer came to our factory, we also took out samples for the customer to test and check. The customer was satisfied with the quality and saw our factory, so he trusted us and was willing to establish the first cooperation.
