Our star‑shape apple wood hookah charcoal is produced directly from our own manufacturing plant. We carefully select solid natural apple‑wood material instead of mixed low‑grade wood scraps right at the start of production. All raw materials go through multiple rounds of sorting to get rid of bark, dirt and other impurities before entering the production line.
During processing, raw apple wood is crushed into fine particles, then processed by high‑temperature carbonization under stable temperature settings. The carbonized material will be screened again to filter coarse particles, so only fine charcoal powder is kept for pressing. Under fixed pressure equipment, the charcoal powder is compressed into our special star‑shape pieces. This pressing step is critical: steady pressure guarantees uniform density for every single coal, avoiding loose pieces that break easily during transport or usage.
Each finished piece delivers 50‑60 minutes of real burn time. Thanks to our carbonization and pressing craft, heat spreads evenly across the star‑shaped surface. You will see very little sparking or splattering while smoking. Even with long‑time continuous heating, the coal holds its shape well and seldom cracks or crumbles. It creates limited fine ash, which saves you frequent cleaning work. Most importantly, it has no chemical smell or odd burnt taste, and will never cover the original rich flavor of your shisha tobacco.
Every batch goes through practical burning tests and manual sampling inspection before packing. Workers pick out broken, deformed or sub‑standard pieces one by one.
