On July 5, 2025, one of our old customers recommended a new customer to visit the factory. This old customer places an order for 4 to 5 high cabinets a month. The recommended new customer is from Libya and buys 33mm fast-burning charcoal for incense. We have many Libyan customers, and each customer has a different product positioning. The customer learned about our store through our website, consulted about similar styles, and finally came to the factory for inspection
We took the customer to visit our warehouse, where the raw materials are stored. These raw materials are shipped from our other charcoal factory with a kiln, and we will process them into charcoal powder. After that, we took the customer to visit our mixing and pressing workshop. The technicians pressed the charcoal powder mixture into shape according to the professional ratio. After that, we visited our drying workshop, which has 6 small kilns in the workshop, which are heated and dried by natural gas. . Secondly, we took the customer to visit the production line to let the customer know more about the product quality of our factory. Finally, we visited the packaging workshop. We have two ways of packaging: plastic film machine packaging and handmade paper packaging. Automation equipment has increased our shipment volume.
The customer negotiated with the boss and asked for customized packaging. The charcoal required to be of high quality, quick to ignite, no odor, less smoke, and white ash after burning with less ash. The raw material is fruit charcoal, which has no irritating odor after ignition and is pure natural and environmentally friendly.
The customer praised our product for its good effect and high quality, so the customer ordered 4 containers on the spot at our factory this time, with specifications of 33mm and 40mm respectively.
